The following types of equipment are available for setup:

This Setup includes a PC Laptop, mouse and 液晶投影仪. Please request for internet and/or speakers if needed.

Our media reproduction includes the following:

- Video Tape
We will not be able to reproduce any copyrighted material, unless you have permission from the rightful owner to use any of these elements.
Also, there may be some CDs and DVDs that might not be able to produce because of copyright guard and different region code.

Policies & Procedures
- You are responsible for all equipment left in the room.
- If you finished early or need to cancel please contact us as soon as possible.
- Please do not leave any files on the computer. It will be deleted and we will not be able to retrieve it.
- Please leave remotes on cart when finished.
- Equipment cannot be guaranteed for on time delivery if orders are not placed 24 hours in advance. Please schedule your equipment accordingly.

If your equipment request includes the rental of AV laptops, we can pre-load PowerPoint files in advance provided the presentation is e-mailed or hand delivered to AV at least 24 hours prior to the event. We also accept files on CD or Flash drives. We can only support PowerPoint (PC only) or PDF files only. If you wish to present using your own computer, please arrive early enough to allow ample set up time.
Equipment will not be guaranteed on time delivery if orders are not placed with a 24 hour notice. Please schedule your equipment accordingly.
